Attorney Laura Tek represented for me in two separate Probate Estates years apart. She did an extra fine job and the outcome was amazing both times. Her fee was minimal, even though she personally went to the courthouse in Nashville filing documents several times. She was very prepared in court and we were very satisfied. All outcomes were awesome and she actually refunded me $350 on the last probate estate she helped me with. I could not have found ANYONE that reasonable and well versed in probates to do such an amazing job, My father's estate was settled well, my father inlaw's estate was settle well and we have nothing but praise for her. I highly recommend her. She was kind to meet me at a time that worked for my schedule.



As I recall, she also won a case for a family against Tenncare involving property settlement that was published in the Tennessean during this time and I was very impressed with her abilities and knowledge!

Laura Tek is a budget attorney. She is cheap and will talk to you for free. That is about all you will get from her. She will wait until the last minute to do anything, and will not furnish court documents after the fact. You are lucky if she returns a phone call and she is not offten in her office. My advise is the go another route than Laura Tek. there are many good attorneys out there, this is not one of them.
