Alta Loma Apartments

I live here and its an okay place. It's very quiet and my apt is pretty nice. I wish there was more parking, but its still pretty cool. I havent had any of the problems these other people have had, so form your own oppinion?

The other lady is right. I moved in here (and am currently still here) because of school. Bug problems, electrical problems, and plumbing problems are all I've had since moving in. Its a bit ridiculous. I've never had a bug problem until moving in here. Since being here, my kitchen always has bugs in it. I've started keeping all my dry foods in air tight bowls, as opposed to ziplock baggies. It helps a little, but it would be a lot better if there were just no bugs. My light in the dining room was out (with no electricity going to that room) for a month before they did anything about it. They kept saying they would be there to fix it tomorrow, I didn't know that tomorrow was three weeks later. Mold around the bathtub (where the caulking is), I've been killing it with bleach, cause evidently they don't care. Standing water in front of the tub. Oh and most recently, the hot water heater is going out. Lovely.

I am a current resident. This complex has MAJOR plumbing problems, mold, and bugs!!! The plumbing problems are constantly temporailiy fixed. At lease once a month I'm calling the office to either unstop my toliet or tub. Mold around my tub and around the bathroom ceiling.. That when I made mention of this, they simply took spray paint and covered it. Like I don't know it's there!! And the bugs & crickets.. They will go away and then they are back.. You complain and they spray, but they already have someone spraying once a month, why is this not taking care of the problem? Im not a nasty person, therefore I shoudlnt have BUGS!! Im trying to move, but as we all know it's not that easy to just pack up and move!
