        I was on my way from grand rapids to South Carolina. My trucks brake line broke, and I was stranded over the weekend. Verne was awesome, squeezed me in and got me back on the road in less than an hour!! All other shops wouldn't even attempt to help. This is a true mechanic shop that cares about people, not money!!

        I have been taking my vehicles there for years. I have always been treated nicely and I trust Vern. The first time I took my Nissan to them I had taken it else where first and was told I had a cylinder out. and was given an easement of $1300. I took it to miller for a second option. Vern told me, I had a sencer out, that gives a false reading on the cylinder. The bill was close to $300. he saved me $1000.

        The lady in the office is very nice. They did not do what I had requested done to my truck (bypass the anti-theft system) and were trying to charge me for doing a diagnostic test which they had told me was included with the bypass that I had requested. They kept trying to tell me that it did not need to be bypassed. When I insisted that they go ahead and do the bypass on the anti-theft system anyway. The Boss finally told me that they could not bypass the anti-theft system on my truck.



        Instead of apologizing for their mistake and all the inconvenience that they had caused me. He got angry with me and told me to take my truck elsewhere!



        I would not take a broken bike to these people!
