Brought our car from here end July, two days later we were in a "loaner." Got our car back, two days more later, we were in another "loaner." I caught the owner and his son both in lies when dealing with the actual facts of our car purchase. Instead of them just saying "Hey we made a mistake, they chose to keep lying and covering up." It is such a long story and unnecessary. They have a refer ppl get 1/2 off your car payment type deal. I knew two ppl who were looking for cars when we got ours, but they treated us with such dishonesty and a very bad lack of professional integrity that I would not refer anyone to them for any reason( Not even to get a 1/2 of a car payment paid). I filed a complaint with BBB but was unable to seek assistance something having to do with the warranty by the FIRST purchaser, but I want ppl to know if you are looking for honest, do not look here. My car is in need of repairs to the heating/ac system. They refuse to fix it and told me to just "deal with it." Do not purchase from them or their Lynchburg office. We have the car now and we will pay for the car, but they will never get our business again. That is for sure.
