        My grandfather's visitation was here and I will never return again. Jojo was very rude to my family. None of the staff could even remember that it was my grandfather who had passed away and not my grandmother like they kept stating. They were told not to seal the urns and they sealed all 3! Jojo was dressed very inappropriately and you would think that at a funeral home, they would have to wear skirts of a proper length. We were definitely just a number and not treated well at all. The pricing that was written down for us and what it actually was two different things in every circumstance .Rude, crooked, and completely unprepared!
