!!! CESAR CARRASCO!! is the Worst Doctor Ever I had a big problem with him last week with my son he said he wasn't not going to see him cuz he was crying and he told me to leave my son had pain that's the reason he was crying and he told me he wasn't going to do nothing and I told him I was going to report him and he said I don't care!! with a big smile!! on his face go ahead report me not a good place for kids at all..
