Harris Ford

I have been buying and leasing vehicles for the past 5-6 years from Harris Ford from Used to New and in all price ranges. My first ever loan was a car loan that they obtained on my behalf, which me helped me to gain credit history, and that had been repeated many times over the past few years. Every time I have left this dealership happy with the customer service, the payment amount, and the vehicle I choose. I have gone from SUV, to car, to truck, to cars, and back to a truck and a car now that I have a family! So many transactions that they have come to know me as I enter the building. My last few transactions (lease/purchase) have been handled by Erick as salesman and Brandon in financing. I always send my friends to Harris Ford when they talk about needing a new vehicle and I recommend contacting my salesman in particular. My wife wants me to stop changing vehicles so often, but I know that when I do get the itch again I know where I'm going! Harris Ford had my grandparents business for years and they'll have mine for years too.

Started out with a local used car dealer, after a year of good payment record these guys gave me a call and not only got me a better intrest rate but a real nice truck, something I would have never thought could ever get, thank you for the great new start

the vehicle we chose was to have nav. In way home found out it did not. Harris Ford however did an excellent job getting the same color car with nav at different dealer, had to go back to return and complete deal. Work all over was not that big of deal

I brought my F150 in to recheck a window problem I was having. The issue was rechecked and a additional problem was fixed. After talking to the service manager no additional charges were passed on to me. In this case it was the right thing to do. It is important to me that I'm able to trust the dealership I use. Harris Ford has always been honest and a place I'm able to trust. Thank you.

Marcus Buchanan, the Greeter/Salesman, was the kind of saleman I like to deal with: light humor, could be quiet to let me absorb and think, but very knowledgeable and resonsive with the answers to my questions. Mark, the Math Wrangler, at the next level, appeared to sincerely try to resolve my issues with the unseen dicision-maker without unnecessary conversation. He stayed on target. Dan Martin, the Financial Paperwork guy, was as pleasant and efficient as anyone cfould be with that volume of paper. I wanted Ford for two reasons: I know and highly regard Alan Mulally; and I wanted to buy American. So I wound up with a more expensive car than I planned on; a color I didn't think I liked; and a truck instead of a crossover. Yet, it was a good experience

I bought the Lincoln at Sound Ford in Renton due to the model we wanted. It was the absolute worse customer service and car buying experience we have ever had. When I went to Harris Ford I was greeted very quickly, asked all the right questions, I truly felt bad at that instant. I was wishing that we would have gone to Harris Ford before we went to the other dealership to purchase our MKX.I. I will be buying my next vehicle from Harris regardless of what the model it is. If my vehicle servicing experience is anything like a vehicle sale I know we will walk out happy with our vehicle as well as the experience itself. Harris Ford is the best dealership I have been too and we also own a Toyota and Ford truck.

Every dealership is different, but I have to say that Harris Ford stands heads above most. Every service tech has been respectful & professional.

Excellent courteous service this is my second Focus purchase at Harris Ford . I am hoping the new one is as dependable as my 2007 which was a great car.

Being a female I am always a tad leery to bring my car to a mechanic but I do not feel that way with the guys at Harris Ford. I was quoted a price and thankfully they managed to go way below that. Mike called me several times to check in with me, and give me status updates. I also love that the shuttle brought me home & picked me back up again. Thanks again
