        Overall

        If you're only in the market to purchase, it might be an "OK" experience. However, if you're looking to possibly trade-in a vehicle; I wouldn't recommend CarMax at all.



        I went in with my wife on Saturday, 6/27/15 and the appraisal they offered was approx. ~$2,000 below the Edmund's, Kelly Blue Book (KBB), BlackBook, and NADA guide.



        I understand the need to make money as a part of doing business, but I feel the "low ball" offer was extremely unfair and made me uneasy about even considering shopping there at all.



        Just my experience.
