        Called several times to schedule an appointment. Constantly got answering machine. Finally got thru and left message with someone who answered the phone. Told me someone will call me back to schedule and appt. I asked if this was a walk in or have to make an appt. I needed to make an appointment when someone calls me back. That never happened. Not going to waste my time on this facility anymore! My time is just as valuable.

        I enjoyed my experience here because I am a difficult patient, not wanting to go for every test available and only wanting health care as I need it. They were very respectful of this and listened to my concerns. I am happy to have found a clinician who respects my health care choices and did not rush me through as just another patient. Welcome to Lyman!
