They are very expensive, have a high turnover of staff, they get annoyed if you ask what happened to an employee that you trusted with your animals. I was brought into an office by the manager Joy a 30 something young person who thinks she knows it all stating I should not ask staff members what happened to an employee that I and my animals were used to. I told her I am the voice of my animals and I want to know what's going on because I am their voice. I was a loyal customer for years even though it put me into the poor house. They offered a rewards program where you can get gift cards etc for the points you racked up with your bills you paid. I let mine accrue figuring I would get something when needed, I always used to tease that I was going for the Ford Fiesta which was for a million points accrued I had a few thousand points . I had to get a different vet because I didn't like the management of the office, the turnover, how I would be there for at least a couple of hours and I did not like how they would nickle and dime everything. As another client review that I read said it best, it is like going to a mechanic for an oil change and you get a bill of a new motor. Anyway, the other day it dawned on me that I had all these points that I let accrue so I contacted them stating I wanted to get gas cards for my accrued points. I received a certified letter stating they will not approve it because I am with a different vet. It actually has a statement in the letter that my behavior made it impossible for the staff to communicate with me. I am still in touch with a lot of the past staff members and I know they would be by my side if I need to take this further. This is them trying to get out of their responsibilities. I paid thousands of dollars over the years to this vet as I had 8 cats and 2 opossums. Find a vets office with low employee turnover it means the staff is happy which will reflect onto your animals frequent turnover means trouble and tension not good.

Never known a vet to care more...

Never known a vet to care more passionately about her patients. Very clean, beautiful hospital. Dr Register is the very best veterinarian a pet owner could ask for. I followed her from past practices because of her care, compassion, knowledge and experience. Never have I been as thankful for her as I have been since December when my dog suddenly ruptured a disc in his back. Murphy had emergency surgery at FVS to relieve the spinal compression that had rendered him paralyzed in his back legs and tail. He is a healthy 5 year old dog and the prognosis for recovery was good, but not without care, attention, and medical supervision and treatment long term. Dr Register went above and beyond my expectations of any vet. She called me everyday, continually conferred with his surgical team at FVS, even visited Murphy at FVS while he was recovering! He was able to come home after 9 days in the hospital ONLY because Dr Register agreed to do house calls twice daily to insert a catheter and drain Murphy's bladder. He was able to come home after 9 days in the hospital ONLY because Dr Register agreed to do house calls twice daily to insert a catheter and drain Murphy's bladder. She suggested a bladder medicine, and he began urinating on his own. If Dr Register hadn't made the suggestion, we might not have Murphy today. She has been treating him with a combination of pharmaceuticals and Chinese herbs and acupuncture, which came highly recommended by FVS. Dr Register has traded knowledge with the rehab vet at FVS to give Murphy the best possible chance of recovery. I am happy to say after 4weeks, he began moving his legs and began walking shortly after. Today (10 weeks) he is walking around on his own and improving every day. He still gets his therapies and checkups, and all of his doctors are impressed with his progress. I am proud to call Dr Register our veterinarian, and thrilled for her and Dr Odachowski that they have their own practice now. East West Animal Hospital is gorgeous and clean with friendly staff, and most of all, anyone should feel comfortable knowing that their pets are being treated with incredible care and compassion by vets who go above and beyond any veterinary care I have ever known.

LoveLoveLove this clinic!

I have taken my cats to East West and I always feel like they treat my animals as they would their own. I have 2 cats with complex health issues and they have been treated more completely than at the other clinic I used to take them to. The staff is great too. Very caring. Their prices are better than both vets I went to in the past also. We love Dr. O and Dr Register. We also think the fact that this cutting edge clinic offers acupuncture and herbs as well as western modalities of treatment.
