Never had a problem; decent prices, professional service. Good people, I recommend them . Having them here in Lumberton saves me many trips to Beaumont. I like that.

I went in to Orange county building materials on 1/25/17 and bought a list of material. The first thing I did was ask a manager at the desk for help with a part I needed all he told me was "I don't know". Then he got up and went and set in his office and looked at his phone. I asked the girl at the counter if that was his normal attitude to customers. She said he is always like that. I should have left right then. I then told the at the counter my wire ordered. She said I would have to pay for it right away so I said ok. Everything she typed in and charged me was wrong when I got outside to pick up the wire. So I had to go back in and get that straightened out. Then I go back out and guys are trying to use pruning shears to cut my wire. After about fifteen minutes of looking for wire cutters I ask them to go get some cable cutters from inside and use them. They said they weren't allowed to get tools to use from inside. I finally found a hacksaw and I helped the guy cut the wire. I went to get my conduit and she had charged me for EMT instead of rigged pipe. I had to go get that fixed on my ticket. After an hour and many more mistakes I finely had all I could take and went to complain to the managers. The manager that ran the store seemed truly concerned. The regional manager come over and put his hand on my shoulder and said calm down I told him not to put his hands on me. A few minutes later he did it again I told if you touch me again you will regret it. Then he got the message. I told the regional manager my big mistake was not going to Parkers in Silsbee. I asked him if he wondered why Parkers parking lot was always full and this store only had three cars here. He said no. I told him to think about it. Well I said all that to say I will never go to that store again. I also ask every one who reads this to go to Silsbee or Beaumont for material.

I special ordered a window for $330.00 that could not be refunded and was I told it would be ready for pick up in two weeks. The salesman took down my number and told me I will call you when the window is ready for pickup in two weeks. A month had gone by and I never received a phone call. So I drove to the store and ask if my window was delivered yet. The salesman told me yes it was here last week. I told him a courtesy call would have been nice. He told me that he has problems remembering my number. The manager took my invoice to look in the back for my window and came back to the front desk. He asked the salesman to call the vidor store because the window was not at the lumberton store. The salesman called the Vidor store. When he got off the phone he informed me that the window was at the Vidor store and it had been damaged while an employee was taking it from the truck and that the screens were never delivered. I told the manager that I wanted a refund. He told me that doesn't happen with a special order item. He told me to take the damaged window and install it and they will order a new window replacement.I still demanded for a refund. He made a phone call to the owner of the store. The owner said no refund, but offered to install the broken window and when the other window comes in they will take out the damaged one and install the new one. I told the manager I still wanted a refund and I will take my business elsewhere. He told me that he apologizes that they didn't contact me and that the window was at another store and damaged but that every one in the area that sells Windows like Lowe's, Home Depot etc are also having backed up orders because the vendor that sell these windows went bankrupt last week and even if I was to order a window from some other store it would be an issue also. So I left the store and tried calling the owner myself, with no luck of contact I left him a message to contact me. Then after two days he calls me. I told him I was not satisfied with the window situation. He told me that it was my fault the window was late because I failed to call the store on the date it was supposed to be delivered. When I tried to explain to him my side he told me "I AM NOT GOING TO ARGUE WITH YOU HAVE GOOD DAY." How is that for customer service I will never step foot in OCBM again not even for a nail.
