Teachers are top notch. However the director is extremely rude and in my opinion has issues with her temper. I received multiple calls from her insulting me, even after saying my kids were in the car, I would pull over and call back. I had to decline a call from her until I had a chance to pull over, which she proceeded to be hateful when I returned her call to explain it just wasn't working out. Examples of the things said were... I have no life, I have nothing better to do with my time (which didn't make sense), I had issues, I would be sorry, she is making calls and taking action. I ended up asking for her license number which she refused to give me and told me if I wanted it I would have to look it up. Upon doing so see I am not alone with my experience with this woman and find that concerning. Also found out I am not the only family deciding to switch. This facility has a great set up, great teachers, and a lot of potential, however the leadership is hindering it.

Very understaffed, staff not trained, cameras don't save recorded footage, diaper stations not properly cleaned, medicines mixed up by leadership staff, kids frequently sick and hurt.

they have taught my child so much and i have never had any problems with them! they are always very respectful and i trust them completly! I always recommend them when someone ask about daycares!
