Excel Car Wash

Great except. I had to clean my car next to ignorant woman with her rap music blaring out obscenities, attendant came out and asked her to turn it down, to which she completely ignored him and kept on. If I wanted to deal with that crap, I'd go down Kurth drive to wash my car.

Excel Express Wash cracked the windshield of my brand new car. They are claiming it is not their fault. The windshield cracked within the car wash. I immediately went to the office. The employee said that they would check the video when the manager returned. The video shows that there was not a crack when I entered the wash. Now, they are saying I must have come in with a rock chip in my windshield (which cannot be seen in the video), and it is not their fault. How can this be? I contacted the owner, William Fajardo. He also told me it was not their fault. Beware! My only recourse is to hire an attorney which will cost more than the windshield. I'll be they knew this!
