Tommy's Drive In

We had been to a different Tommys location and figured we would give this Tommys a shot. We pull up and place our order (very simple order) of a chicken strip dinner and a plain hot dog. The man asked if we wanted onions on the hot dog, we said that we wanted nothing on the hot dog at all, just plain. He then asked if we wanted the hot dog dry, and we said yes, we want the hot dog dry. We waited for about 10 minutes and received our order and left. I checked the hot dog and to my surprise, it had mustard all over it. We take it back to the drive thru and said that we had ordered this hot dog with nothing on it, and it had mustard. The lady grabbed the bag from us and threw it on the counter, remarking that we should have ordered it plain and dry. We said we did, and she ignored us and said it wont take long. 10 minutes later we get a hot dog, say thank you, and as she walks away she mumbled something to the extent of "here b*tch."



I would not recommend going to this location. The food is decent, but the service was absolutely horrendous.



Don't attack the customer for your mistake. Simply fix the problem and move on.

This place has one of the best cheese hamburgers around. Gotta try it!
