I heard ine of the Nurse On Station 2 till A Someone Granny, Mom That if she wanted ice she should of got it herself just like how she can roll herself out there to smoke she could of roll herself to go get ice and the next time she goes smoke she can get her own ice when she comes in and The Other nurse that works with her she always talking ugly to the housekeeper or a floor tech person can you imagine how she talks to the people who lives there !!

They run out of supplies to wrap limbs of patients' limbs & over a day later they're still out!! What kind of rehab runs out of bandages & leaves patients without? The staff seemed nice but unconcerned about whether supplies were available or if specialists waited 11 days to visit patients! In a Family Emergency keeps doctor away they should have asked his practice to send a substitute! Insurance companies will only pay for a certain number of days per patient per ailment! They don't care HOW LONG she was forced to wait for doctor! Their clock keeps running!! Why is there NO Patient Advocate coordinating patients' care? Is this how they make a profit?'

I worked at Heritage Oaks. We had a great group of teamplayers that took good care of the people. I would recommend it for anyone to live there, or to work there!

I would not recommended this facility I was very upset at the conditions. The food was horrible and half the time cold. some of the staff is very friendly where the nurses were rude. They are more concerned about quanity instead of quality.
