Very irresponsible and unprofessional. I took my PC in to have the hard drive replaced and wound up having malware and viruses installed along with my new HDD. Also installed an illegitimate copy of Windows after losing the restoration disks I supplied him with, so there's another $200ish I have to spend now.

Got off work early to go, only to find a closed early sign, called the number said he'd be back the next day. Show up the next day, same sign & no answer to my phone call. Will not show up again! Only reason I gave a 2 was because they've done a fair job for us in the past.
