        Overall

        Owner is very rude and grouchy over phone. Went into store to complain only to realize that it was the owner. I cant understand how they have stayed in business for 36 years if customer service is that bad. I ended up buying my parts from the mobile home parts store in Mount Orab, Ohio. They were less expensive and they treated me like they wanted my business.
