Will never go back to this doctor. I don't know if he just does not care about patients or if his staff just lies and he does not know!! Horrible experience, not even given an after hours number after a Botox treatment. Horrible. Had to call the E.R. Luckily he was on call. He told me "If it doesn't work then go to a migraine doctor." What? I thought you were the migraine doctor. His assistant is very dishonest.. It only takes up to 7 days to get an authorization, with them it took almost 2 months, had to cancel my apt because they had no authorization. It was never sent. I had been calling my insurance and they said please tell her to resend, but unfortunately the front office gal does not know how to messages back. I do not know what is going on in that office, but I would highly recommend not only a different neurologist but a different office to go to. NO HELP DOESN'T SEEM TO CARE!! Very dishonest I think. Was never given copies of anything and was horribly sick for 14 days vomiting and double vison. One good thing they told me I was low on vitamin D, got an Rx then they call me back in for more blood work but didn't even bother to check my vitamin D level. Had to go to my own family physician and he checked levels, still need RX, Why did they not check my levels? When I asked the doctor why I had to come in again and give blood, he had no answer. I think this is very unprofessional!! I want a doctor that actually cares, listens and helps, not one that tells me I need to see a migraine specialist and not one that wont even give me medicine. Oh yeah, after calling the hospital and letting him know what was going on he then gave me medicine to stop throwing up. When I could finally read what I signed. ONLY BECAUSE I TOOK A PICTURE OF IT. on my phone it says go to ER if double vision. MY GOD HE JUST INJETED POISEN INTO ME TO SEE IF IT WILL HELP WITH MIGRAINES AND HE DOES NOT EVEN KNOW THIS? I am not even going to get into the rest of what has happened that will be a letter to the Denver Medical Board of Directors.
