I had a serve noose bleed. I was sent by the emergency room to Dr. Gill specifically. The 'minor surgery' was a success. I was cauterized with two electric probes. The pain was so intense that I was clenching my teeth while screaming to keep from screaming out loud. I was expecting the pain. I'm no stranger to pain. Broken bones, bad back, sinus infections, burns, had the crap beat of me multiple times. This was the most intense pain I've ever felt, not even being kicked in the privates hurt this bad. The pain dissipates rather rapidly and doesn't stick around, but when it is happening the world shatters. My body went into shock as a result of the trauma, something my body has never done before. Like I said, I knew it would hurt, so I gritted my teeth and didn't move an inch while he was doing it.

That all being said, I've since then had infections in my lower sinus' that I've never had before and extreme tooth pain. I had exacerbated some unknown dental problems and cracked and broken some teeth. I do not fault the doctor for the pain. I do fault him for not providing a mouth guard. I even somewhat jokingly asked for a 'leather strip' to bite into. The simple precaution of having something to bite into could have saved me months of pain.

Since then, I've been into his office several times, two times for official visits, both times I was unable to see the DR. and was given to a PA (Jeff Bundy). The PA was flippant and disregarded my pain and my concerns. I was also treated very rudely by one unidentified receptionist over the phone who was extremely rude and then hung up on me when I was requesting an appointment. A few times the pain was so bad that I went on an impromptu visit to the ENT hoping for them to show some compassion. Each time I was turned away and ended up going from them to the ER.

Overall
Handsy

My daughter and I went to check my daughters ears. This Dr walks into the with no I.d. badge/name tag. He bumps fists with my daughter after going after her dog tags without permission. Which is weird. Then he shook my hand and didn't let go...it was one of those awkward hand shakes you want to run away from. It almost seemed to me that he'd been possibly drinking. It was one of the most awkward Dr visits in my 34 years.Just wasn't professional, too handsy, and just seemed weird. We weren't even sure he was the Dr.
