This place is a joke these people are nothing but scammers, avoid this place at all costs, they will over charge you for services that you can have done for 90% less anywhere else, they are nothing but greed stricken profiteers.

Pls avoid this place for any service. The billing department is a nightmare to deal with. While I'm resolving my exact dues to them, they have gone ahead and charged interest and placed my account with a collection agency. When I called them to discuss, their terse reponse was we can't do anything abt it. Collection agency in turn enlightened me that they would put it on my Credit Report. So much for making an effort to solve the issue and pay what was due. I've experienced better Customer Service than this.

Had a horrific ordeal with a billing issue. The company sent our bills to the wrong address and then send us to collections (we never recived the bills being that the address they had for us was mis-entered on their end). Once we made contact (with Mary) we were told that "the bills had to of reached us because the zipcode was correct" (yes thats just what she said?) ........nice customer service huh?

That being said we eventually spoke to another employee (Jeannie) that actual fixed the issue but honestly the experience was bad (rude) and wasted a ton of our time.
