        Overall

        Very bad. I needed spark plugs changed on a van. Called on Tuesday to make a Saturday appointment before going out of town. Person who gave me the 9 am Saturday appt. was not interested in what work was to be done: "someone will call you." I arrived at 8:45 am and was told "No one can work on your van until 2:30 in the afternoon", even though they had the 9 am appointment on ther books. Haphazard operation that's unprofessionally run---I won't go back.
