Nurse Practitioner is very nice and competent. Patient Coordinator is polite (basically an appointment scheduler). Medication management department is incompetent, illiterate, lazy and hateful. Emergency meds take up to 48 hours to get transmitted to pharmacy, and they make serious, potentially fatal mistakes because they can't read. Not all medicines that start with D are the same. Personal experience. Filing Medicare complaint. Wonder how many people have died because of their medication management department.

The ONLY good criticism I can give is that the nurse practitioners are very nice. Beyond that, the outsourcing and reliance upon services of contract providers to do the lab work, etc. is a misconception that MD2U provides these services. If the contracted provider does a crappy job, MD2U washes their hands of the responsibility to the client, up to and including discharging clients and notifying them via USPS mail they will no longer provide care. Just drop and stop without regard to patient care should be there motto!

I cannot think of one good thing to say about this company, as far as I'm concerned they are useless.
