I have been seeing Dr. Nair for 16 years. He is by far the most knowledgeable and compassionate doctor I have ever been to. Dr. Nair and his excellent staff treat me like I am family. I am so grateful for the medical care I have received.

Dr. Nair is an honest doctor that cares about his patients. I have met several doctors and he is the most knowledgeable and ethical doctor I have seen. He and his staff always welcome me with a smile and they go beyond just treating my problems, they take time to get to know me and make me feel comfortable. Dr. Nair not only cares, but more importantly, he has made me feel so much better!

Dr. Nair is one of the most caring doctors I know. I have been to many pain doctors prior to seeing Dr. Nair and none of them could diagnose and treat me the way he did. If you walk in his office you will see a sign that says "Pain Stops Here" and that's the truth. I'm free of pain now!! Thank you Dr. Nair!

After having major back issues for 15+ years, a failed spinal fusion, numerous epidurals, ridiculous amounts of pain medications and many other failed treatments I had lost hope of ever being able to live any resemblance of a normal life. I started seeing Dr. Nair less than a year ago and had a pain pump implanted this week. I have to give thanks and praise to Dr. Nair, my trial pump period was the most pain free I have ever been. It allowed me to interact with my family again and to enjoy life which is something I have not done in a long time. Dr. Nair and his staff have been very helpful and considerate in getting me the maximum amount of pain relief available while still allowing me to function daily. Dr. Nair is a very compassionate and caring doctor who has personally called to check on me and I would recommend him to anyone with chronic pain.

I have been seeing Dr. Nair 9 yrs I first saw him as a broken person both physically and emotionally. I had been over medicated and suffering all related side effects and still in chronic pain.
Dr.Nair introduced new procedures, with compassion and the goal of a better quality of life. He is more than simply a "pain manager/meds prescribing" Doctor. I fully believe in him and his staff. My opinion is that his treatment of chronic pain, and the reduction of side effects works but also weeds out "drug seakers" that have made it so hard for those of us truly Suffering with chronic pain, acute pain, injuries and degenerative conditions. I only wish I had the care he and his staff provide 5 yrs prior!
Dr. Nair showed me great compassion and used his expertize to help me have a much much better QUALITY OF LIFE.
The state of our country's insurance failure's are obviously not his fault ,in fact he has always gone the extra mile to work thruu the obstacles that inevitability come up.
See him

Dr. Nair and his staff have been very kind and caring. I have been experiencing chronic pain for the past five years. I'm currently going through a pain pump trial to assess whether I will be a good candidate for a permanently implanted pain pump. For the first time in five years I can honestly say that I am pain-free! Dr. Nair has been very compassionate and caring as he answers the multitude of questions that I ask him. He even personally called me during the long Labor Day weekend to assess how I was tolerating the pain pump trial. Kudos to you Dr. Nair!

I just wanted to say how wonderful Dr. Nair and his staff are. Maybe the ones with the negative comments are ones that are looking for a pill doc instead of a pain doc. I have been going to Dr. Nair since 2003 and he has literally saved my life. I was in such severe pain that I tried to take my life. I went to a pain clinic in Lexington that actually caused more damage than what I was dealing with in the first place. I had my first neurostimulator in 2003. I was working great when I was in a head on collision that migrated the leads. After a couple of lead revisions I had another stimulator put in. Due to scar tissue it was not very effective. In 2008 I had a pain pump put in and it has made such a difference. I am still in pain, but I can function so much better than before. Dr Nair has always put me and my medical needs first. Yes, he is a doctor and yes, he makes money from his patients. Would any of us go to work for free each day? As long as he is in business, he has mine.

Agree to "uncaring" post. He is ALL about the money. Prescribing is obviously not lucrative enough so he depends on minimally effective surgeries and injections. Insists you visit every two weeks to obtain your 2 week prescription. He spends @ 20 seconds on these visits. He pushes a back brace which he bills $1500, but you can get exact same one for $148 on the net. And he throws in a $100 99213 DOCTOR'S visit with it. I suppose forgetting the fact you didn't see a doctor. Unless you have Obamacare and can contribute to his greed, I'd stay away. Absolute greed monster who obviously cares zero for his patients. And this is the only review I've done in my life. Hopefully tells you what I think of this fraudulent pos.

DR.Nair is an uncaring doctor!

Dr. Nair and his staff are uncaring towards people in pain. I went to him and he did not help me at all. He is rude and he doesn't listen to you when you try and tell him about your pain. There is a girl there named Stephanie and she is extremely rude! She never returned my phone calls and after the doctor gave me my injection i was in pain for a week! I called the office and they were not helpful. The doctor told me to go to the ER which they did nothing for me and told me to go back to the doctor that gave me the injection. I would NOT recommend this Dr Nair to anyone! Do NOT go here !!

Best Pain Doc around!

I have been a patient of his for several years. I am now on my second pain pump, and it makes the difference between moving and walking for me. I still do and always will have back and spine pain. Dr. Nair has helped me more than any other Dr. has, controling my pain. I just needed to put in my 2 cents, because if your looking for a pail doc. Here he outstanding.

Wonderful Experience

I have been seeing Dr. Nair for over 2 years now. He has saved my life! My pain is still here but completely manageble now that I have a pain pump. The office staff is so warm and welcoming and treat me like a person instead of an account. I recommend Dr. Nair and his office to everyone I know in pain.
