Dr. Arul Verghis, MD

I have been seeing Dr. Verghis for over a year now. My only complaint is sometimes there was a very long wait, over 2 hrs. He has always worked with me finding the right medicine that was affordable when I didn't have insurance. He answers all my questions in detail. Billing also let me make arrangements to pay. The staff is nice. I've never experienced the problems other people have complained about.

The first time I entered this doctor's office I was with my daughter and my best friend as witnesses to this he called me a drug addict because my former primary care physician could not give me my pain medication no longer and I want to this office and I was in the floor crying and upset and he said the only reason he was going to help me is because he was in my country you put me on methadone I was on this for 4 years and then they said I was positive for marijuana when I was not eating out of the office and had to go through withdrawal very bad place

Everyone of you all that went to his office for help imagine this imagine him treating you after waking up from surgery with 80 bolts&screws 2 rods and this unbelievable mechanism across my back that my spin dr done (my spin dr WAS AMAXING!!) BUT THIS SO CALLED PAIN DR LET ME LAY AND SCREAM FOR 48 HRS AND I MEAN 48 HRS Anyother state he wohldnt have a license he would have lost it for in human behavior! Alls I have to say is one day MR. your wife, mother or child will need the help ur supose to be given to people THAT REALLY ARE IN PAIN! AND U KNOW WHAT KARMA IS GONNA COME TO VISIT. IF YOU DONT LIKE YOUR JOB! IF PAIN MANAGEMENT AND THEY HAVE U THAT SCARED THAT U CANT TELL THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN WHO NEEDS IT AND WHO DONT GO WORK IN AN OFFICE CUBICLE WHERE YOU WONT HAVE TO BE SCARED CAUSE YOU GAVE ME IN HUMAN TREATMENT HOW DARE YOU HAVE TREATED ME SO. IF I WAS AN ANIMAL! YOU SIR WOULD BE IN JAIL!!

This quack think he a miracle worker which but didn't do a work for me first shot work next two didn't, he didn't care he doesn't have a care plan for you he assume everyone painpill shopping and I also think people are faking therir pain he does not communicate ,he is negative not positive not caring last doctor on earth do not let him touch you I went to him for 18 weeks depressions (pain for a year)did not have no relief. Now I with a physician almost back ADL as I don't over do it lifting ,bending etc. GOD DON'T LIKE UGLY

I have never been to this doctor, and now I never will!!! I was referred to this doctor by my primary physician. They called me for an appointment and I was out. My family took a message with the phone number to call them back and set up the appointment.

1. It took 3 days to get through to the right person.

2. When I did get through, I was transferred multiple times.

3. Then when I finally spoke with someone, they were sooooooo rude I could not believe it!! They stated they did not have any information on me at all! I then asked well how did I get this phone number to call and make an appointment if you did not call me!!!! She rudely replied " I don't know, I don't have anything on you"! Then wanted to know if I had ever been to pain management before!!! I said no and she said "rudely I might add" you will have to get your doctor to fax something to me and hung up!!!

My doctor already did that! I would not go to this doctor for nothing!!! I was talked to rudely and very condasendingly, and I never even met the doctor!
