        the absolute worst

        i wasn't able to give zero stars, but that's what my rating is. i have been going to this Denny's for years, but lately the service has been awful. i went once and the restaurant smelled like sanitation. plus my order took twice as long as i was told it would on the phone. there happened to be a sign from the manager asking for feedback by email, so i wrote one. as a result, i was given two cards for a free meal. the first time, the food took 3x as long as i was told it would. the order was wrong. the guy who bagged my food walked in the kitchen and did so right after he had been wiping down tables with a rag ine dining room. today, i just placed the second free order. a guy answered and put me on hold for 2 and a half min. i hung up and called back. a woman answered, asking if this would be a carry-out order. i said it would and she asked me to hold. i heard some carrying on in the background. then i heard her yell that she is on break and for someone else to take it. a guy yelled, "I don't want it!" she yelled again for someone to take it bc I was trying to make a carry out order. finally a nice girl got on the phone and took my order. i know my order will be wrong, so I'm checking it before I leave. she told me it would be 20 min, so I'm waiting 20 min to even leave home. i am removing this restaurant from my favorites and I do not intend to return. iHop it is!!! and this place is around the corner from me--iHop is 15 min away.
