While dealing with employees of the medical facility you would expect more professionalism. I 've donated at csl on jefferson and 15th about 12 times already and this last time the girl who pullled the needle from my arm was absolutely unproffessional. Instead of paying attention to what she was doing she was talking to her friend and pushed the needle further in my arm before pulling it out. then tried to talk to me like I was stupid about what happened. i would not recommmend this place to anyone. Its in the hood what does that tell you. They sure act like it too.

Rude employees, treat you like dog poop, you wait for hours, and they consistently change the rules. If you haven't been in a while they will treat you like you are and idiot if you don't know they changed the rules. Plus it will take four hours to get 25 bucks, thats not even minimum wage, all the customers are desperate for money and they have an armed guard there because of the high number of low lifes who are there to try and donate or maybe its because the staff there are so nasty they need protection.
