The Asian man that answers the phone and takes the orders is extremely rude. Tonight my husband ordered a Shrimp and vegetables and when the order was delivered there was rice and vegetables but no shrimp! He called back and the man raised his voice at my husband and told him that he should’ve ordered shrimp. That is TERRIBLE customer service. I love China Coast but I will never patronize this business again. I understand that there is a communication and language barrier, but that is no way to talk to a paying customer

In 2015 when I'd order delivery, there was never a problem and I order for pick up or delivery on an average of once a month. Once they forgot the crispy noodles, then they spilled the sauce all over the inside of the bag, now they forgot the mustard, fortune cookies and there was barely any beef in the Beef and Broccoli. I called to ask about these issues and the manager was extremely rude and disrespectful. He told me that I was "too much trouble" and I hadn't spoken long enough to even ask for a replacement or credit! Plus, they never tell you there's a delivery fee, nor is this stated anywhere on their paper menu, and they don't tell you this when you call for delivery. I will never order from them again!!

yes i just order the general chicken rite nowi min ago and my food be so fresh like some restaurants re-fried the chicken its not and not all general chicken taste the same this is smmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm good

I am pretty funny about where I will eat Chinese food and was a little hesitant when my son suggested eating here but conceded. Everything we ordered was really good and we have been back several times since and have never been disappointed. If you want atmosphere this is not the place, paper & plastic everything but if you want good food for a very reasonable price this is the place and they even deliver.
