        Dr. Susan M. Berberich brings a rare combination of professionalism including a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Spalding University graduating Magna cum Laude, and her Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Louisville. Dr. Berberich serves as a Diplomat of the American Board of Ophthalmology and is a member of the Louisville Academy of Ophthalmology, the Greater Louisville Medical Society, the American Medical Association and the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgeons. In 2012 she was named Louisvilles Most Compassionate Physician.Dr. Berberich served on the Kentucky Board of Medical Licensure for 7 years. She served as a Trustee of the Greater Louisville Medical Society for many years and as a Trustee of the Kentucky Medical Association from 2002 through 2005. She served on Spalding Universitys Board of Overseers and Trustees for many years.Dr Berberich is an Associate Clinical Professor for the University of Louisville and teaches at the Robley Rex VA Medical Center, Louisville KY. .

        Dr Berberich continues to improve every facet of her practice. With excellent skills AND excptionally warm 'bedside' manners, she is all one hopes for in an Ophtahlmologist. The Kentucky Eye Care staff is knowledgeable, helpful and friendly too!
