I am really apppreciative of their responsiveness and service. I had them come out 2 summers ago and charge my AC. When I noticed that the AC wasn't cooling properly upon returning home from out of town this weekend, I called them again this morning. It was a hot holiday weekend and I was told that they were really busy. An hour or so later, however, I got a call that if I could get home right away, they would squeeze me in. I got home. Their service charge was more than the other places I talked to, but the cost of the freon was significantly lower and I'm glad I held out for them to become available. Mike was my tech and was very nice and professional. I will use them again if necessary!

Called at 8 AM and told the technician would be out between 9:30 and 11. He actually made it by 9, which was very welcome since I had no heat. Very courteous and efficient.

I got recommended to R&R from my rental office. I called because my heat went out and was not working at all. R&R sent a tech out to my house on three different occasions because they couldn't find the problem and still till this day I do not have no heat and trying to find someone to fix it. This experience has been hell with this company and I am not satisfied at all. I would not recommend them to anyone for business.
