The actual service people are amazing. Every time I call the office, however, it has been an awful experience. The owner, Sylvia, is uncooperative and knows that her customers need her product. Today, she hung up on me twice, because she refused to set up an appointment for delivery any time after 11am any day. The alternate was that I left our gate unlocked, which I was willing to do; however, I warned her that there was a dog and we needed to make sure it didn't get out. Her solution was for us to run out of gas and freeze or for her to pick up the tank so we could have a different provider.

Moved here 3 years ago to the mountain area of Torreon. Never had a problem with customer service. Always prompt on delivery, and always pleasant customer service with delivery and to speak on the phone in the office. No complaint's here at all! Great company!!

It's the dead of winter and we ran out of propane. We began leaving messages at 4:30 when the office should be open until 5. We got a call back from the owner Sylvia she could care less that we were out and stated she couldn't get to us until Friday (2 days later). Mind you, we are only 2 miles down the road! No after hours service or customer service.
