Modern Cuts

My husband and I recently moved to Los Banos from Sacramento. My hair is long and thick and I know many stylists don't want to tackle it for that reason. But I have never been in a salon where I was made to feel so uncomfortable or unwanted as this one. The staff ignore the customers and chat about their private matters like you are not even there. There are many salons eager for my money and I will not be returning to this one. Very unprofessional behavior.

Worst customer service in the world! Employee named Maribel makes the most meanest faces at customers like she's better than you. Don't ever go to this salon. Since the new owners took over the business has severely dwindled mostly because of the new owners business decisions.

This is the first place that i have ever been that really does what you want them to do to your hair.. MY hair came out just the way i wanted to for the first time ever.. I take my whole family there. They do a wonderful job at a great price...
