Mergers and Acquisitions
Joshua R. Reyes handles litigation and transactional matters in the areas of business, real estate and general corporate matters. Mr. Thorpe is also the co-author of “Court Clarifies Accountants’ Authority in Partnership Dissolution” in the October 2001 issue of California CPA. He has also lectured and written on law office administration and was a member of the Joint Advisory Committee to California's Continuing Education of the Bar program.
Business Transactions
Rebecca H. Lessley is an experienced litigator representing clients in lawsuits arising from business transactions, construction, and real estate. She represents business owners, property owners, contractors, and subcontractors in disputes guiding them through mediation, arbitration, and trial. She also assists clients in negotiating and drafting contracts.

Maura F.
