This "bridal" shop is the worst in the WORLD!!!!

My family ordered a quinceañera dress late 2014 for delivery on 4/14/15. To say the dress was not ready is an understatement. The stories that these irresponsible, unprofessional staff gave me are just unbelievable. As of today, 4/22/15 I am still waiting for one item of the dress and my niece will have to have her photo shoot with an incomplete dress. I thought 8 months was enough planning. Obviously not when you are dealing with these people. I can go into the many stories and the many ways I would like to label these folks but I will not. I hope to save you or anyone from a similar experience.



I believe this establishment is not professional or responsible to its clients.

If you want to be mistreated and routinely lied to, please go see them. As for me and my family, we will NEVER do business with this store or affiliates moving forward.

I never got my wedding dress or my refund. When I attempted to talk to the store manager, Noami, about this she would hang up on me or set the phone down and never come back. I now am having to get my credit card company involved to dispute the charge. BRIDES BEWARE, DO NOT BUY/ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!
