Bearman Mickey Co

This just happened to me. I'm in a little bit of shock that this business is in existence. A little back story: I'm having a party catered and I asked the catering company where they get their meat. They told me. Mickey Bearman. Here's the exchange between me and Mickey Bearman.
I just got off the phone with "Ruth" from Mickey Bearman Meats. I asked her from which farm(s) Mickey Bearman gets their meat and she said I'd have to talk with Stonefire Grill. "We don't give that information." I said they gave me her business name and that they get their meat from her business. She asked for my number. I gave it to her and then asked for her name. She asked for my number again & I said I would give it to her if she would give me her name. She hung up on me. For real.
I called back and the girl who answered the phone gave me the woman's name. Ruth. And she said, "We don't give that information," when I asked again about the meat. Why did she transfer me to anyone in the first place? She could have told me that and maybe could have been nice about it and I wouldn't have to have dealt with the wicked witch of the west? I asked the receptionist if anyone there knew that info. She said, "That person... Hold on." Then she put me on hold for over 7 minutes.
I called back and the receptionist, Marta, answered again. I told her I was on hold for 7 minutes. She said, "Uh huh. It's because I'm new." Great. So I have incompetence and rudeness to contend with. I asked her to try and transfer me again and to please look at the phone and please don't let me hold for that long again.
Then I hear the dreaded words, "This is Ruth." Oh nooooo! I said, "Hi. You just hung up on me." She proceeded to say that she couldn't tell me where they get their meats and I had to ask the customer. I reminded her that they gave me her info. Then she asked, "Why do you need to know that information?" I'm not kidding. How I wish I was. I told her that I and my friends care about what we put in our bodies and I don't want to serve meat from a factory farm that mistreats their animals. She put me on hold again - who was she talking to? The great and powerful Oz of disgusting meat? And when she got back on the phone, she said she'd try and work out the issue with the caterer. I asked why she hung up on me before and she said it was because she kept telling me that "they" don't give out that information. Nope. She didn't. Then she said that she had said "bye". Nope. She didn't do that either. When I told her that her boss probably wouldn't like how she treats her customers, she laughed! "You can tell my boss." AND SHE HUNG UP ON ME AGAIN.
