        I am very disappointed knowing how bad your customer service.
        It is like nobody can answer any queries and concerns about the service offered by your clinic.
        You have to orient your staff so that they can be helpful enough to your patients and potential patients.
        I will never recommend your clinic to anybody.
        BAD SERVICE WASTE OF TIME TO VISIT.

        This Ortho was highly recommended years ago, but now that I am ready for my child to do the braces. I have recently inquired about this clinic, but they said a lot of patients are having problems because while in the middle of the treatment they just change the contract. Monthly payments, but 7 weeks service interval. It only prolongs the treatment, but keep asking for money. There are lots of Orhto clinic out there. Please do a little research by the way how they're treating their customers. Remember, braces are really expensive. THINK TWICE BEFORE YOU COMMIT.
