I have brought my car to dealers and other repair shops but this store has a great family atmosphere and all the employees give 110%. I will never need to look anywere else for automotive repairs or services.

My car was sent by a bodyshop to Inlign for a 4 wheel alignment. Over the life of this vehicle everyone that rode in it commented on how quiet it was. When we got it back there was a noise. The car was returned by the bodyshop to Inlign where they were told that they thought they had found the problem, they hadn't tightened a bolt properly.



This was enough that it should have bothered me, they left a bolt loose on a suspension item... really? but I had faith in the bodyshop. Unfortunately it didn't solve the problem and the noise got progressively worse.



Back to Inlign via the body shop where this time they said, I know it seems like a real coincidence but it turns out to be a wear and tear item, it needs a new strut bearing, only $300 installed. Well, if this was the case I surely couldn't blame it on a minor accident. I took the car to Inlign and waited the whole morning while they installed it. It didn't solve the problem.



I had an appointment I couldn't miss so I left and came back and spent the afternoon while they tried to find the problem but didn't.



Finally I told the bodyshop and the insurance company that I was taking it back to the dealer. The dealer found that there was a bolt that was stripped and therefore couldn't be tightened. I paid another $300 to the dealer and asked him to check the other strut bearing since if one was bad the other should show wear as well. It didn't.



Back to talk to the owner, Tim, who spent about two weeks to come to the conclusion that there was no way it could be his shop's fault and he would do nothing for me.



Perhaps these folks are fine some of the time, but when they make a mistake, and I am certain, the dealer is certain and I am pretty sure the bodyshop knows, his shop caused it and won't accept responsibility.



Be aware and be careful. This could have caused a dangerous situation and you could be at risk if you trust this shop!

Did not like this place. Ive been here 4 times for oil changes and everytime I come to get my car serviced they find something else wrong with it. Or I wait to get it done as there one guy doing oil changes and everyone else is in the back staring at me and not even working? But I have to wait hours and still end up finding another thing to try to get me to buy. I'm done.

Feeling Taken

I was referred by someone I trust but it turns out I was taken....found the same part online and of course Inlign marks it up 50%!!! Come on really? It was already too late to take my car elsewhere to get a new clutch $1500 later and my car vibrates now! I will never go back again...

Although I cannot remember your name to look up your number to call you, I do remember your car, I remember the repair, and I remember dealing with you personally. I remeber how badly you needed your car for work. I remember Jim, my store manager going over the repair and the cost involved with you and a friend by phone before anything was done. I remember discounting the job to try and help you through a frustrating situation. I also remeber you calling to tell me you found a part for less money on the internet. I remeber that you came here through the recommendation of a friend. I am truly sorry if you feel you were taken but I can assure you that you were not. When dealing with a professional repair facility there are several variables. On one hand we are here and local to fix the problem and warranty any issues which may arise. On the other we have insurance, equipment, payroll and bricks and mortar that have to be paid. You cannot provide a quality repair and still match the cheapest price that is found on the net. We operate with a lower margin than most of the larger shops and we truly care about our customers. We give you the best deal we can but we still have to make a profit to remain in business. When comparing our prices to other local repair facilities you will find we are less expensive. With that said if you have a vibration issue than please give me a call to set an appointment to resolve your concern. As a retailer we are here to help and give you superior service. Great place... I took my car ther because the were referred to me as being honest people and they would be able to handle my concerns. Great turnaround timeand the staff was amazing. I have a lowered car and have yet to find a place in town that was even willing to touch my car. Thanks again to the people at inkling auto

great place! Every time I have...

great place! Every time I have taken my car in for an oil change they have found different things that i might want to consider fixing. They have never pressured me into doing any kind of repair. Recently I had my air conditioning go out and when I went there I explained my budget and was told the optimal repair cost which was out of reach and the cost to just repair the hoses which was in my budget. They took the time to explain the pros and cons of doing the minimal but left it up to me to decide what to do. I have used this place numerous times from oil changes , alignment, and other repairs. I do not know if there the cheapest but i do know they do a good job. Very clean inside and comfortable enough to bring my kids.

So happy to have found Inlign ...

So happy to have found Inlign Automotive. They are right off of 17/92 in Longwood, FL. Never been so delighted to have my Oil Changed. Very clean waiting area and restrooms. It is the most family friendly and peaceful automotive shop in that I have found since moving to Orlando area in 1995. With Free WIFI and Free Gourmet Coffee it makes it the best place to wait to while my car is being worked on by the friendly service technicians.

i went here at least twice and...

i went here at least twice and i dont think i will ever go again the first time i went all was good i went for an oil change. everything went right except they told me my battery needed to be replaced that it was so low it wasnt even reading on the machine. they asked if i wanted it replaced i said no thanks my battery is only a year old i bought it brand new and i still have the recipet so if there is something wrong i will take it to advance and get it replaced there. the girl said thats fine..they also told me i needed a trans. fluid flush because it was dirty and it was also not to long ago i got this done as well. i just paid for my oil change and left went the next day to check my battery at advance and it was perfect nothing wrong with it. try to rip me off? or there machine was broken? ill never know...next time i went in i ask for alignment and balance and a flush coming out to around $200-$300. they come back and tell me that something is broken forgot what its called plus my breaks need to be replaced and my tires as well (one had a bubble) they suggested this needed to be done first before anything i had asked for comeing to around $1200. i told him i didnt have that kinda money i called my boyfriend to come and we decided to just do the tires for now. this i could tell upset them i spent $200 on 2 new tires. they gave me dirty looks and after that they left me waiting till the very end of the day to put 2 tires on! i was there for 4 hours........i will never go back here if u dont spend the money they treat u like crap! im scared to even go for oil change they might mess with my car..

I remeber this situation well. I had my store manager come to me and point out that this particular customer had requested certain work be done on thier vehicle. His dilema was that he noticed other issues that were safety related, brakes and tires. Even doing the alignment would be an issue because the tires were so bad. Jim went to the customer out of genuine concern before starting the initial work. We could not in good concious overlook making the customer aware of other "more serious" issues. We also suspected, from earlier conversations, that if we did the initial work the customer would not be able to afford the other items. After informing the customer of the other issues the initial work was cancelled and we replaced 2 tires. Part of the time spent was all the discussion back and forth and the rest was us having to get the tires delivered and waiting for the courrier. As far as the battery and flush, we use exspensive electronic diagnostic equipment and take fluid samples. We simply show what we find and let the customer make thier decision without a bunch of pressure. I cannot answer for previous work done elsewhere I can only show our customer's what we find. In this case we have been chastised for doing the right thing. Inlign is run with integrity, if we have to take a hit for that than so be it. Most companies would have performed the authorized work for fear of losing the sale. We will always choose to do the next right thing. I had the best experience at this shop. The people here were wonderful to me and actually fun to talk to. Tim took the time to really explain to me what was going on with my car, and the prices here were VERY fair! The place is cleaner than any auto shop I've ever seen. I would highly recommend Inlign to everyone I know!!

BEST SERVICE EVER!!!!!

I have gone to SEVERAL autobody shops in the past and never before have I met such a great staff. They are without a doubt some of the most genuinely nice people I've had the pleasure of meeting. And they seem to honestly care about their customers wants and needs. They didn't give me a mile long list of things that was wrong with my car like certain other places have. They told me exactly what was wrong and if I needed it fixed right away. The pricing was EXTREMELY fair compared to most places I've been. And
for the FIRST time I didn't feel like I was
being taken advantage of because of my
age/gender. I will absolutely be an Inlign
customer for life!!!

low prices, smart and kind people!

Man I whent into inlign to get an oil change and while I was sitting in there I just sat back and listened, and there was one thing I noticed about the people that work here,the way that they interacted with there customers and treat them like a family was just soo respectful, they sat there and treat their customers so well unlike other places I've been In the central FL,area will not go into detail, but.... But all I have to say is thumbs up to Inlign! You guys got me in and out just like I asked in 15mins.

Single women beware of this place!

I took my car in for a oil change. I was waiting for three hours, and the manager told me that I needed to have my battery replaced. He did the battery testing and it tested in the marginal range. The ticket stated that the battery had 24 months left on it. He said he could replace the battery because of the Fl heat..etc. it will have less then 24 months. I refused politely because I knew that the battery was working properly and had no previous trouble with it. It was also my Toyota OEM battery and my car has only 42k miles on it. After I paid for the oil change, I get in my car to leave and my car will not start! My car was completely dead! The manager and employees had to push my car into the service bay and jump it. I told him to stay away from my car and I didn't want any of the "mechanics" touching my car. I drove to Advance to have the battery tested again. It was testing at extremely low cranks and the employee told me to replace battery now. I had to buy a brand new battery because it died again. I did research and Toyota OEM batteries usually last about 4-5 years. I called the shop to tell them what happened at Advance and they laughed. I took it to the dealership today because my car was shifting hard and using excess fuel. I had a really bad feeling that something was wrong. The dealership service manager told me whoever worked on my car last left a hose separated from the mass air filter. He said that it was a good thing that I took it in when I did because it could cause damaged to the O2 sensors. Please stay away from this place!

went here for tires and they told me i needed repairs for an oil leak amongst other things and when i refused the work the manager and employee were so rhude I felt GUILTY! I told them to do the repairs and 3 hours later they said my car needed much more work than they thought to the tune of $1600 and i could not drive it away without doing it. (scam)

FINALLY WE FOUND IT

I am very happy to write this reveiw. After searching so long for a reputable service center for our vehicles we have found just that in Inlign Auto. The atmosphere is awesome, and the staff is actually nice and honest. Inlign has earned our continued business by repeatedly doing what they said they would do at a very fair price.

Great Experience

I had a great experience at Inlign Auto, Tim and his staff were fast and efficient. The atmosphere was not the typical auto shop, they had wifi and cappuccino and comfortable seats. I had multiple things done on my car that day including brakes and was charged way less than the dealership. As a single woman I know how hard it is to find a reliable Honest auto mechanic Tim and his staff are just that. I would highly recommend Inlign for all your auto needs. I know I'll be taking my car there from now on.

I was very pleased with the quality of service I received at Inlign Auto. I received prompt and friendly services. The prices were great. The wait was enjoyable with wi-fi connection and a hot latte. Yum!! Will continue to do business there! Love them!!

Dont go here unless you want to get scammed

went here for brakes because they were starting to squeal, after 3 hours they came in and said it will be $880 to repair the brakes. It was so late in the day I had no time to go anywhere else and had to be at work the next morning so i reluctantly said do it. What a mistake I left and immediatly my car started smoking from the left front wheel. I went back and they said oh that will burn off its grease. The next morning on my way to work it was smoking so bad the car also wouldnt stop shaking so i got it towed to the closest shop. They showed me how inlign messed up my car so bad and left stuff loose and other bolts were stripped. I was furious After taking it back to inlign they said you should have brought it back here, I said i did you said its normal. Stay far far far away I dont know how they sleep

worst service

After being there for three hours they told me i needed $1150 dollars worth of work... I said no way I dont have the money. The manager said I would have to get my car towed out because he could not be responsible for the dangerous brakes. I drove it in because earlier that morning it made a squeak sound. After getting it towed to another shop down the road they said all i needed was front pads for $129... and the other place (inlign) broke 3 lug nuts off. What a rip off stay far away

This review, as with the previous seem very simialar. We have researched both and find no indication that either of these vehicles were in our store. There have been no cars towed from our facilities in quite some time and again there is no documentation to substantiate this claim.
