From beginning to end ,excellent service. Surprisingly, their quote was 22% lower then other 3 local windows company and the lead time was twice shorter than other company I called, because they are Manufacturer not retail company!
I had all my windows and doors including custom sized windows replaced. ECO Glass did an amazing job on manufacturing it first and then an installation process! They know their product, explained all the different product in details, responded all questions. They were always responsive, they have quality staff, that worked with me on my schedule, from measuring each window to make sure the order was properly made, also worked on having the permit properly submitted. They were quick to schedule the installation team once the windows were manufactured. The installation team was very quiet, professional, clean, knew what they were doing, worked quickly.
The windows look fantastic, high quality, after I got my windows replaced I am no longer need shutters, I can enjoy Florida sunshine, not a hit and it has good noise insulation! Would definitely recommend the company to everyone.
