This company has great customer service. We had Problem with the AC unit at our home and called several AC companies. All of them said they couldn't have someone out till the next day. (IT WAS VERY HOT) Then I called Advantage air concepts, and spoke to Chuck he told me he would come out that day when he finished the job he was on. He came out after 6PM and fixed my problem within 1/2 an hour at a very reasonable price. he was kind courteous an very professional. he also was very informative on ways to help keep my unit running better. . when I need a new AC I will be calling them again.
