I really think they are great to work with - I've had a lot of illness and have had to pay my rent/electric over time and they have been great about it. The trailers are old & not perfect by any means - but you know that when you move in. Anything I've needed fixed, the maintenance folks have got right on it. They've even fixed things that I didn't mention. I was given a small AC unit but I didn't have the things to really seal it in good and while the man was there doing something else - he fixed that up for me too. I thought that was wonderful. :) I really appreciate their kindness and directness. They do not play games - unlike A LOT of other places. I appreciate them more than they can possibly know.
