I went to the Eastman Road Dairy Queen, which is closest to my home. The food is good but the service is so sorry. I ordered a Dude which takes 5 minutes or so to cook. I mine took eleven minutes, and another 3 minutes to get the counter help to put in a sack and bring it to me. She was talking on her cellular phone to someone and cutting up. I will not return to this store and I was one of only four people in the joint. I guess the owner thinks that personal cell phone calls are more important than hiring good people or hiring a manager who understands without customers there is no business. I believe the owner is the same one who is upset because Sonic is putting a business across from one of his other stores. I hope they put him out of business then he will wake up that service is all he has to sell. Many food places have food, but service is his sale. If you have two hours and don't mind if your food is cold from the staff finishing cell phone calls to girlfriends then this is your place to dine.
