I am a returning customer from 8 years ago, and found the same folks...Ruth, manager, and Bill, owner. I rented a unit on Wed, but by Fri decided on another plan that did not include the newly rented 5x5 climate control space. I walked in today to give my written notice to cancel, not really expecting any refund amount. Bill happened to be on duty, and after explaining my situation, he refunded the total amount! By the contract terms, he did not have to do that! Wow, what a gentleman, as well as a businessman who is more interested in the customer than the dollar....refreshing! I left feeling valued and happy with the Cubby Hole. If you need a storage unit...this place is all good...especially the people. :-)

After moving to Longview, I needed storage. I immediately liked the look of Cubby Hole. Because of the cameras and the gates I felt very safe when I needed to get something out of my storage. I was very satisfied with the safety of my possessions, as well. The next time I need storage, I will go back to them.
