They have provided excellent customer service, from the initial phone conversation to the tech arrival, to the parts coming in very quickly, and a quick repair.         AC was not cooling. Technician arrived promptly, repaired unit, and provided cool air once more. We have used Ben Maines for years and are completely satisfied with their knowledge, experience, professionalism and prompt service.
