Best & Company is seriously the best group of people to work with! They turned around my whole apartment - kitchen, bathrooms, floors and studio were all renovated. It was a complete overhaul and a huge job, and they managed to coordinate everything perfectly and finisih ahead of time! Everything was extremely well done and very high quality. Thank you!

We hired Best & Company after we didn’t have a great experience with our first contractor, who basically disappeared. We never had this experience before and were a little desperate at that point. Best & Company was recommended to us and they were very helpful right from the beginning and throughout the whole project, always reachable via phone and always on top of things. I wish we would have worked with them right from the start, highly recommended!

Be warned! This company is dishonest and grossly unreliable. They completely failed to meet our promised deadlines and told numerous lies along the way. With zero faith in their ability to finish our renovation competently and honestly, we were forced to terminate the relationship and start over with a new contractor - we then received purported "invoices" for fees that were substantially higher than what we'd previously agreed to. The company still refuses to return the balance of our deposit for work they never performed. They took our money and yet didn’t pay the subcontractors, which seems to be their MO on many projects - We are now among the many homeowners and subcontractors involved in lawsuits against them. A true nightmare of an experience.
