        The Detail Medics Mobile Auto Detailing service is a reliable and customer-friendly migrating car wash and auto detailing service. We are family owned and operated in the greater Los Angeles area. The Detail Medics was founded by a young man named Sergio Gutierrez (Owner / Master Detail Technician), who began his career doing car detailing at local dealerships in the Southbay. His passion for cars was his motivation. He loved it so much, he decided to make it his life long career.

        My neighbor told me about this company and everything he said was true! They came to me (which was a main reason to use them), and they took extremely good care of my car. It has never shined like it does now! I recommend them highly and can't say enough great things about them and their service!

        They come to you, that is the best thing! secondly everything they did was top notch and I can't say enough good things about it. Very fair price for the caliber of work they do!
