This was our first time in the store and we had a great experience. Customer service is excellent and they have a very welcoming environment. Nate Brechler the sales consultant that helped us, is very knowledgeable and friendly. He was able to provide us with all the information we needed to make our purchases. I was very impressed because I had a question about a pillow we purchased and I texted Nate with my order number and I got a response in 2 minutes. We are definitely coming back to The Dump.

Every experience is different, but I wish that I'd taken the negative reviews more seriously and not purchased from The Dump. The furniture is beautiful, but, as I'm learning the hard way, is poor in quality. Most of the furniture that was delivered to my home was broken or damaged. The delivery guy was very nice, however, my walls were also damaged by The Dump's delivery personnel. To add insult to injury, trying to get this matter rectified has been a time consuming headache and The Dump has made it repeatedly and abundantly clear that they do not care and are not particularly interested in addressing the concern in a respectful and timely manner. It seems like they adhere to a blame the customer model. This was my first and, obviously, last time doing business with this company. I'd advise checking out Art Van or The Room Place before spending money at The Dump. I sincerely hope that your experience turns out better if you do decide to give them a try.

Laurie Simmons is the best, she's an awesome salesperson and very knowledgeable, she navigated throughout the entire store, giving us the best customer service, she made us feel very relaxed when we decided to make our selection, we are very satisfied with our purchase and we will come back and use Laurie when it's time to make our other purchases. Mirela was very helpful. Upon arrival we were greeted with a polite and smiling face. We never felt pressured into a purchase just guided into exactly what we were looking for. We would definetly recommend anyone to go there and will be back for future needs.

Laura was so incredibly helpful to find just the perfect pieces for our home. She was not pushy but listened and helped to solve our furniture problems. There was a huge selection of really nice pieces and we had plenty of options to choose from. I would highly recommend as this was an awesome easy experience.
