If I could give no stars I would. Like these other people have stated, they are a scam outfit! I called to see if they were open and 10:15 AM and it took them 15 - 20 rings to answer. I asked for an estimate on battery replacement on 3 watches, and they said they would need to see the watches. I was able to stop in within 5 - 10 minutes. The lady was on the phone in the tiny back office area and it took her several minutes to acknowledge me. When I asked how much to replace the batteries, she told me $19,95 for two of them and $39,95 for the other. She said these were Swiss watches and needed 'special' batteries with silicone seals. These are my everyday watches that I have had for years and have had the batteries replaced on them before with prices ranging from $10 to $12. When I told her my jeweler would do them for less she said that she could do them for $10, but there would be no warranty. When I agreed, to the $10 she said no she meant $12.95. I asked if she would honor a coupon from their website and she said no. I said really !?!? I walked away stating that I would be giving a bad review. As I checked the internet for their name and link to reviews, I noticed she went in and changed the date on the coupon to 12/31/2011.

this is the best place for a repair they are fast and never damage anything. The batterys last longer than any place i went to. The employes are very nice and helpful they are also funny. so I recomend you go there if you need a repair or to buy a new watch

i went to this repair shop on thursday and i got great service!!! the prices are reasonable and the people very helpful. He fixed my watch in a matter of minutes! no next day trip!
