Customer service is horrible. I got there at 8am when they open and was told to wait for my name to be called concerning a DOT certification. After two hours of waiting I decided to get back on line so I can find out how much longer I'd have to wait. The lady said, "Oh, here's your paperwork. " It was sitting there for who knows how long and she forgot to call my name, so I wasted two hours sitting there for nothing.

People in the DMV don't even have the basic knowledge of the immigration. Very worst service. I have never seen this rude people in United States. They have very less patience, they don't even answer anything properly.
