My first visit there was exceptional. Everyone was very friendly and confident. I waited only a couple of minutes before Michelle Haines came out to greet me. I wasn't sure what cut I wanted, but knew I wanted something different. I was also in need of some color to cover the grey (I prefer to call it "blonde"). After discussing it, we decided on the color and a few highlights. It was perfect! Not too many highlights, but just enough to look great. The shampoo was like a head massage.... so relaxing. She even massaged my hands, which she says she does for everyone. Then came the haircut. What impressed me is that she said from the way I walked in to that point, she could tell I would be more comfortable with a cut that was not too drastic. She was right. I didn't want something extreme, just something different. I was very pleased with the outcome. I've paid more for color & cuts, walking out feeling very let down. Then having to find someone (not to mention paying) to fix their screw up and recolor the drastic color that I had already paid for. I'm talking someone in their early 40's going from auburn to burgundy! My Aggie daughter should have been impressed, but she was shocked too. Michelle even guaranteed her work. If I was unhappy with the color or cut in the next week, she would fix it. I've never had anyone say that before. I will definitely be back!
