        Overall
        Even a RV!!

        I would like to thank Mark and the People of Big Bear Electric for there knowledge, experience and dedication when the power inverter went out on our RV this last winter.



        My wife and I live in our RV year round and during a cold snap this past winter our power inverter went out, leaving us with no power to any part of the RV. My wife called Big Bear Electric and Mark came out on a Sunday night in -14 degree weather and got the power inverter running. He told us “it is running for now but the smart thing to do was to order a new one”, and we did.



        It took a week before we got the new power inverter and when it came, I took it out of the package to take a look. Our RV is a 1979 model and there was no similarity, in any way from the old inverter to the new, I thought the RV dealer made a mistake and sent us the wrong one. Contacting the dealer, they assured us that it was the correct model for our needs.



        I really hoped they were right because that day the power inverter went out again and it was getting real cold. I was afraid the plumbing, black and gray tanks and fresh water tank would freeze up. This would be devastating and expensive.



        Still not convinced the dealer was correct, we called Big Bear Electric and they came out and took a look. With a few wiring modifications, they hooked up the new power inverter and soon the lights came on and the heater kicked in. The lighting in the RV is brighter than it had been with the old inverter and we have constant, uninterrupted power to the RV for the past 4 month.



        Thank you so much Big Bear Electric for helping to make winter in an RV more comfortable. I would proudly recommend your services to anyone in need of an expert and any time we need any electrical work done, we will give you a call. I didn’t believe there was any way to customize new wiring to the new power inverter and actually get it to work but you proved me wrong.
