Reports and images are available through our secure Web Portal immediately after being signed and STAT service is available five-days per week from 8am to 5pm. Our expert IT department is capable of directly connecting your imaging equipment with our PACS and we are able to store and archive your image data permanently.

Dr. Lynch, a native of Massachusetts, graduated from the University of Massachusetts Medical School in 1985. He then went on to complete an internship in Internal Medicine at the Bay State Medical Center, Springfield Massachusetts in 1986. He has been a resident of Central New York since 1986, and completed his residency in Diagnostic Radiology in 1990 at the SUNY Upstate Medical Center.

X-Rays
Nuclear Medicine
Dr. Paul Reznikov is a native of Washington, D.C. After graduating CUM LAUDE, with a chemistry degree he trained for one year to be a nuclear medicine technologist at the University of Virginia. He passed his ARRT certification and practiced nuclear medicine technology for four years.
Mammography
Dr. Reznikov served as a radiologist in the United States Air Force from 1990 to 1994. During his four years at Wright Patterson Air Force Base, his duties included being director of Mammography and interventional breast procedures, director of CT and director of Fluoroscopy. He instituted stereotactic breast biopsy at the hospital in 1993 and was one of the first Air Force Hospitals to receive ACR accreditation in mammography.
Computed Tomography
Also called a CAT scan, CT uses x-ray and computer equipment to produce cross-sectional images. CT imaging is useful because it can show several types of tissue, such as lung, bone, soft tissue and blood vessels.

Orthopedic Surgery
X-ray is the most frequently used form of medical imaging. X-rays allow doctors to view and assess broken bones. X-rays are an important tool in guiding orthopedic surgery and in the treatment of sports-related injuries. X-ray may uncover more advanced forms of cancer in bones, although early screening for cancer findings requires other methods.
